What is the usual turnaround time for my new PC?

Usually 7 - 10 business days for models listed on the site. Next day for ready to ship PCs. If there are any delays due to component shortage we will be in touch with you via email or mobile. Speak to our staff for expected turnaround time for a custom build.
Where are you located? Do you have a store?

We are located in South East Melbourne, Victoria. As of now, we are an online only business. We operate from a workshop with the backing of a warehouse. This may be changing in the future, keep an eye on this space!
How do I track my order?

Once your build is complete, a courier is assigned. A tracking number will be provided from our carrier via email. The website will also notify you, orders can also be tracked the the " Shop " app.
Where do you ship to? Do you ship internationally?

We are an Australian based business, at this stage we have no plans to ship outside of Australia. We ship to every state and territory in Australia, please check the shipping tab for approximate delivery times.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept Apple pay and utilise the following buy now pay later options, Afterpay, Zip, Laybuy, Paypal pay in four and Shop Pay. We also accept Bank deposits.
What does my warranty cover?

Your warranty package covers parts failure for 12 months from the date of delivery, it also includes the labour cost of replacing these parts. Our warranty does not cover software issues or issues caused by viruses, The PC must be in its original shipped condition when returned to Custom PCs australia otherwise your warranty may not be honoured. Our warranty also does not cover accidental damage or misuse eg. unauthorised overclocking or undervolting. Our warranty is return to base, you cover the cost of shipping the PC to us, we pay for its return. Please see our full warranty policy for more detail.

What is included with my purchase of a PC?

Your new PC purchase includes the PC tower, all component warranties, any unused parts. A welcome pack and PSU cable. Unless chosen through the options menu, internet access is through wired connection only.
I want a custom build with parts i choose, how do i go about this?

Simple! Contact us at sales@custompcsaustralia.com or via Instagram, messenger or phone. We will quote your project and give an expected completion timeframe. We can also offer advice on components or advise compatibility issues with your chosen components.
Should i buy a custom build or a pre built?

In our opinion a custom built is definately the way to go! Our custom builds use quality off the shelf components making for easy future upgrades. Our builds are generally cheaper the retail store prebuilt machines and a lot more powerful! Pre built PCs generally use proprietary components making future upgrades very difficult.
